How it works

Four steps, and no account to make.

There is no login on this site and nothing to sign up for. You send dates, we send a quote, you collect the car.

  1. 01

    Send the dates

    Pick a car on the fleet page and send a request, or call us. It takes a minute and commits you to nothing at all.

    You need the dates, roughly where you want the car, and a number we can reach you on.

  2. 02

    We come back with a quote

    One reply with the car, the rate, any delivery charge and the deposit. Usually the same day, always within office hours.

    If the car you picked is out, we say what else is free rather than leaving you guessing.

  3. 03

    Paperwork, once

    Licence, passport or NIC, and the deposit. We check the car over with you and photograph it, together, before you leave.

    The same photographs are what we compare against on return, so there is nothing to argue about.

  4. 04

    Drive

    Full tank out, full tank back. If anything goes wrong, one number reaches a person who can send help.

    Roadside cover runs for the whole hire and is already inside the rate.

On the day

What to bring.

A licence we can accept
Sri Lankan licence holders need nothing more. A foreign licence has to be recognised locally before you drive here, which is a short process and one we can start for you. Tell us your country when you send the request and we will say exactly what it needs, what it costs and how long it takes.
Passport or NIC
Photo identification, and for visitors the passport page with the entry stamp.
The deposit
LKR 25,000 in cash or by transfer. It is a hold against damage and traffic fines, and it comes back when the car does.

The licence rules for visitors are set by the authorities, not by us, and they change. What is written here is what we believe to be current; we confirm the exact requirement for your country in our reply before you commit to anything.
